What this course will give you
Spread across 6 parts which focus on how to reduce and eliminate your stress. Each part of the course looks at different topics to do with mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. You get access to lots of handy tips and tools that you can start to use straight away. You will receive a workbook with practical exercises to complete during each part. The course is spread across 24 days. You receive a new course section every 4 days, ensuring you have time to put the practical exercises into practice. You will have access to a dedicated Facebook Group. This structure is there to support you to achieve the most benefit from your Coping with Stress course.
